BC.game got a Trust Score of 47.0/100 (Risky), which is on the lower end on all crypto casinos I have reviewed. So I can’t really recommend BC.game now, unless things change to a better shape.

The game selection is vast with many BC.game Originals games, and technically BC.game works fine. According to player sentiment online, withdrawals usually work fine for smaller amounts, and especially if you have done your KYC before any withdrawal attempts.

Trustpilot reviews are quite easy to fake, so I didn’t take any comments towards Community Score calculation. However, it’s still good to take a look what’s happening there.

There are 2 different Trustpilot accounts for BC.game. The first one is flagged with Warning, due to breach of Trustpilot guidelines. The second one seems to be a BC.game India Trustpilot page, which is hard to know how legit it is. Still, there are 23 reviews with an average of 2.5 stars with majority of them 1-star reviews.

In 2022, BC.game was a very dominant player in the scene, being specifically successful in India and Brazil. The casino even created its own BCD (BC Dollar) and $BC token, which wasn’t so common at that time.

For some reason, in 2024 BC.game ran into problems and the companies behind the casino (Blockdance B.V. and Small House B.V.) were declared bankrupt in 2024 by the court of Curaçao. Also, these companies were stripped of the Curaçao license, and the casino migrated to the (weaker) Anjouan license under the new Belize company.

The wagering requirement is very high, as it is written 40x deposit + bonus. This makes the wagering really 88x deposit, which is absurdly high compared to the regular wagering requirement of 40x deposit (or 40x bonus).

Some math for proof: For a $1000 deposit you will be granted a $1200 bonus. That makes $2200 for the deposit + bonus. To complete the bonus, you have to wager a total of 40 x $2200 = $88 000.

$88 000 / $1000 = 88, which gives the huge 88x deposit wagering requirement.

This bonus is almost impossible to clear, so BC.game earns 0/5 on wagering score.

Bonus value 1/2

From a pure standpoint of bonus value, I have to give BC.game some value here with a score of 1/2 here.

The percentage is generous (120%), but the cap is limited to a bit too low $1000 for higher limit players. Still, I have to point out the huge 88x deposit wagering requirement, which kind of waters down the bonus value also.

The 30 days completion time is ok, but almost all other bonus terms are very restricting. The win caps dilute the bonus values close to zero, especially with the huge wagering requirements. I have to give BC.game a solid 0/3 on the terms.

I also found many concerning facts from the BC.game bonus terms:

• You have 30 days to complete the deposit bonuses.
• Bonus win cap: You can never withdraw more than 100% of the initial bonus amount. So, if you receive a 1000€ bonus, and hit a jackpot for a 10 000€ win, you have to forfeit 9 000€ of that lucky win. In my opinion, this is a very chaotic evil rule.
• Free spins win cap: You can never withdraw more than $10 from free spins.
• Max bet amount during the bonuses is $5.
• Free spins must be claimed within 24 hours, and fully played within 24 hours time frame.
• Originals games contribute only 5% towards wagering. So playing these games trying to clear bonuses will make the bonus clearing even 20x harder!
• Table and live games contribute 0% to bonus wagering.
• The terms state they can demand KYC at any time, so keep this in mind if this is a problem for you.

So in a nutshell, the deposit bonus to BC.game is really bad. I can’t recommend using a bonus with these terms.

Deposits & withdrawals

100% transparency: I test the casinos by making a few small deposits and withdrawals. As a Finnish citizen, everything should work well for me KYC-wise.

However, Community Score follows Reddit & forum sentiment. That tracks KYC policies, high rollers, player experiences all over the world and how withdrawals work on a larger scale.

Deposits 1.5/2

I tested deposits with a few Litecoin deposits and one on Solana chain. Deposits were credited in 13 minutes for LTC and under 5 minutes for SOL. This time, I guess the LTC network speed affected the deposit time, or BC.game just requires more confirmations than other casinos. Still ok.

I got a notification of an incoming deposit after one minute (being in process), which was good. Also, the blockchain transaction IDs were found from there, which feature many casinos don’t offer.

Minimum deposit amounts are very small and they are displayed clearly on the deposit screen. Here are few examples:

• 0.00001 BTC = about 0.60€
• 1 USDT or 1 USDC
• 0.009 LTC = about 3.5€
• 1 DOGE = about 0.07€

There are no fees on deposits. Everything ok on the deposit side, so 1.5/2. I had to make a small 0.5 point deduction on the slower LTC deposits, as many other casinos do it in less than 1 minute (like Stake, see the review here).

Withdrawals 2/3

To activate withdrawals, I had to make an email verification. That had a lot of problems, as my code didn’t arrive to email. Finally after 20 minutes of trying again, I got the code and the withdrawals could be done.

My test withdrawals (LTC & SOL) were automated and started broadcasting to network right away. Withdrawals arrived to my wallet in around 12 minutes, being on the slower side compared to others. The transaction IDs were easily found on the transactions screen.

On the withdrawal screen, there are no mentions of withdrawal fees. However, BC.game states on their info page that they charge 0.1% withdrawal fee on every withdrawal. Some other sources have noticed that they charge a flat fee, depending on crypto being larger on ETH & BTC, and around 1-2 USDT on stablecoins.

For my withdrawals, the fee was 0.005 LTC, which was 0.20€ (not bad). BC.game could do a better job here with more clear communication. This drops the score down a bit.

(As a sidenote, A VIP level of Silver IV unlocks 1 no-fee withdrawal per day.)

Withdrawal limits & terms 1/3

Withdrawal limits are very high and here are some examples. Other cryptos follow pretty much the same pattern.

• 0,000874 BTC = about 50€
• 0.105 LTC = about 4€
• 96 DOGE = about 7.5€
• 22.5 USDT or 5 USDC

Maximum withdrawal is capped 10 000€ per month. If your balance is 10x larger than your total deposits, you are capped at 5 000€ per month for withdrawals. Both of these are quite low compared to other crypto casinos.

The anti-money laundering wager rule is standard 1x (for all deposits before you can make a withdrawal), which is ok.

Summed things up, I make few deductions on high minimum withdrawal limits and a low maximum withdrawal cap. So only 1/3 for BC.game here, with a lot of things to improve.

BC.game’s game selection is currently one the largest in the crypto gambling world.

Some sources claim that there are games between 8 000 and 10 000 title, depending on location. However, from my country (Finland) the casino showed 6040 slots alone from 66 game providers, so these numbers might be legit on some regions. Should be enough still I guess.

Breakdown by game type

• Slots: 8000 – 10000 titles on some locations. 6040 titles when checked from Finland.
• Jackpot games: 250+ games.

The moment I checked, BC.game offers a sizable selection of 73 Originals games. Most of them are more basic games like Dice, Plinko & Mines.

There are also fancier Originals slots like Wukong, Cursed Clown and Magical Made, all these made by Croco Gaming.

The more basic Originals games are provably fair. The RTPs are also easily found behind the info menu on each game. The RTPs are excellent on some games (99% RTP on Dice) and good on most basic games (98% RTP on games like Plinko, Mines, Hashdice and Videopoker).

The Croco Gaming slots have the more traditional not-so-good RTPs like 95.96% on Wukong slot.

Still, the fairness and RTPs are easily seen. The Originals selection is also very extensive compared to other casinos, so BC.game gets 1.5/2 on this category.

Desktop usability 3/3

The BC.game website works lightning-fast, it’s just on the same level as BitStarz and beats even Stake in my personal feeling. The usability is also great, with the standard sidebar menu on the left and account & cashier things on the top bar.

BC.game has it’s own clear style with dark gray backgrounds and light green accent color. The general outlook is fresh and doesn’t have the typical and a bit boring dark theme that most of the crypto casinos have.

Just out of curiosity I decided to do a quick test of the BC.game customer support.

I set up a nasty trap asking about the bonus wagering requirements. I know the requirement is 40x bonus + deposit (which is 88x deposit). I was mean and asked if the bonus wagering is 40x deposit (which it’s not).

First, the agent copy pasted me just the bonus page and didn’t answer to my question. On that page the terms are presented so unclearly, that you can’t really know what is the wagering requirement exactly. Then, I asked the question again and the support agent kind of confirmed that wagering requirement would be 40x deposit (as he answered that it’s just 40x).

He didn’t mention that the requirement is 40x bonus + deposit, which is a very crucial detail.

I don’t know if this was intentional or unintentional, but these small things tell a lot about a crypto casino. If the support is always friendly and has their facts right, that is a good sign.

But for now, BC.game failed this customer support test. I may visit the casino for a new test, but with this effort I have to give BC.game only 0.5/4, because the wagering info is so crucial detail for players. You just have to be exact.

• There is a standard 1x wagering requirement, before you can make a withdrawal after a deposit. This is a standard clause and 1x is acceptable.
• Clauses 24.2 and 27.10: Any user that violates BC.game terms grants the Company the legal right to release their real name to the public. Also, the account balance may be forfeited at the discretion of the Company.
  • This feels overly aggressive policy and I am not a fan of public shaming, even if someone violated the terms.
• Clause 6.3 states that if the casino determines a player is not complying with the terms, management can suspend the account and completely withhold all money inside, specifically including the player’s own deposits.
• Furthermore, clause 14.2 limits the casino’s total liability to a maximum of 500€ or the specific value of the disputed wagers, whichever is lower.

VPN usage: Clause 3.4 explicitly states you cannot use a VPN or proxy to mask your location. If you win big and they discover you used a VPN to access from a restricted country, they have a clear contractual right to void your winnings.

As a whole, these terms are really unfair and suspicious (especially 6.3, 24.2 and 27.10). I have no option to give BC.game 0/2 on this unless things change.
