Here’s my review of 7Bit Casino, a seasoned veteran of the crypto gambling world. Let’s see if it’s still a legit option in 2026.

My verdict

7Bit Casino used to be one of the Bitcoin casino OGs, being on the market since 2014 (over 12 years ago!).

However, my feeling is that 7Bit Casino is on a slow decline: the casino staff is nonexistent in the forums and there hasn’t been any major development happening on the site for long time.

Based on the Reddit player experiences, 7Bit Casino may still work ok for playing without any bonuses. But using a bonus makes the play riskier, as wagering requirements, bonus and game rules are very strict on 7Bit.

Live support doesn’t get a lot of praise online, and also in my customer support tests there was only an AI agent present.

With a Trust Score of 57.3/100 (Average), 7Bit should be safe for small money slot spins, but more modern sites like BitStarz, Cloudbet or Stake offer far better terms, transparent support, and better community sentiment. So as is, I would skip 7Bit and choose some other option, unfortunately for them.

How Community Score is formed: I manually search for user experiences on 7Bit Casino from Reddit, Bitcointalk and other forums. When I see a legit message (positive, negative) from a legit user with enough karma or merit, I will copy-paste that message to my review txt file. The Community Score result came out just average for 7Bit Casino.

It’s good to note I only found 8 total legit comments from WHOLE Reddit, which weren’t spam, advertising their own affiliate links or just someway fake sounding.

Reddit & Bitcointalk sentiment

Let’s start with the empty and no-value places. 7Bit Casino Trustpilot has 4.3 stars with 2400 (!) reviews and is mostly filled with low-value spam. It’s worth nothing and I didn’t include any comments from there.

7Bit Casino had a semi-official BitcoinTalk thread back in 2015, but it’s totally abandoned. I couldn’t find any other legit threads from BitcoinTalk about 7Bit either. So nothing from there to the score.

From Reddit, I found 8 total legit comments. These weren’t the greatest and most helpful comments, but they were something.

The reputation for 7Bit Casino on Reddit is not catastrophic, but is not first-class either. One summed the reputation nicely: “As legit as a Curacao licensed casino can be”.

Here’s my summary on the Reddit sentiment:

• Withdrawals may work fine, especially when using no bonuses as then there’s no friction in wagering requirements etc.
• 7Bit Casino has been on the market for a long time, so people still keep that as a plus.
• But, the customer support and general casino communication receives criticism (deservedly).
• Based on the comments and very low comment count my hunch is, that nobody actively develops 7Bit Casino any more and it’s on a slow decline. 7Bit may be online as it makes money for the owners and I see no passion and enthusiasm at all (unlike Cloudbet for instance).
• Bonus terms are strict and many people complain on wagering requirements and restricted games and bet sizes.

Even though the Community Score came out somewhat average for 7Bit Casino, I am not so convinced about their online sentiment (unless something radical happens and they change their course).

7Bit Casino was founded in 2014, positioning it as one of the OGs of cryptocasinos (like BitStarz and Cloudbet). 7Bit was one of the first casinos that transitioned from the basic Satoshi dice-style casinos to a more full scale online casino.

Short casino history and popularity now

The site was established by Direx N.V. (now the industry giant Dama N.V.) and utilized the SoftSwiss casino platform. This partnership was significant because it allowed 7Bit to offer real slots from providers like Microgaming and Betsoft using Bitcoin. This was quite revolutionary at the time.

Early reviews from 2015 often highlighted the retro and simple design. Unlike the flashy, heavy-graphics sites of today, the original 7Bit was praised for being lightweight and mobile-friendly before that was an industry standard.

Personally, I liked more this first edition of design, the retro/60s jukebox-style design as you can see in the image above.

Sometimes a long history could mean trustworthiness, like (mostly) in the case of BitStarz and Cloudbet. However, the difference is that these 2 casinos improve their product and player experience a lot, but 7Bit Casino seems to be stagnant and passive in their communication to player community (important IMHO!).

Also by looking at numerical facts, 7Bit Casino seems to have lost its popularity also. When I did a quick comparison in Google Trends, I noticed that search volume of BitStarz is 5.5 times 7Bit Casino (one year timeframe). Furthermore, Stake casino has the search volume of about 253 times 7Bit Casino.

So this is where 7Bit operates compared to few other sites. Let’s see if the casino can turn the course in the future, but in my humble opinion it’s unlikely.

Here’s the first deposit bonus to 7Bit Casino. Bonus wagering is quite low 35x (which is good!) compared to the usual 40x in many casinos.

Wagering requirements 4/5

The 7Bit bonus wagering is on the top level of match bonuses, only 35x. I have never seen a better (lower) wagering requirement in bigger match bonuses, so this is quite special. (Ok, an exception is Crypto.games with about 28x wagering, but that’s only $7 free bonus.)

This gives 7Bit a good score of 4/5 here.

Bonus value 2/2

The bonus value on 7Bit is great, with a 100% bonus up to enormous 1.5 BTC.

Also, the reload bonus pack is huge with a total amount of 5 BTC + 250 free spins for 4 first deposits. Full points here for 7Bit.

Bonus terms 1/3

7Bit’s website is very tricky to use, as there are bonus terms lying in 3 different places (in the bonus box, below in the promotions page and in the separate bonus terms-page).

In a nutshell, 7Bit earns only 1/3 on the terms. The first deposit bonus is active for 14 days, which is just about ok. But, the bet limit is only 1€, so for high rollers, this is not the right choice.

Usually, crypto casinos limit the bet size to 5 € or $5, which should be enough for most of us.

And here are the most important bonus terms:

• Bet limit is 1 € (small, compared to 5 € limit in almost all other casinos).
• The first deposit bonus expires in 14 days if the wager is not completed.
• Your deposited cash is used first, before bonus amount.
• Slots contribute 100% to bonus wagering, which is the most efficient way to clear them (table games are 5% and live games 0%). See for the “bonus wagering” section in games for help choosing a game.
• Bonus funds cannot be used on progressive jackpot slots.
• Free spins: You have only 24 hours to use your free spins once activated. Maximum winnings are capped to 100€ / $100 from free spins. Also, the wagering must be finished within 1 day.

Here are the reload bonuses for 7Bit. The 4th deposit bonus has a bigger maximum amount, if that is significant for you.

VIP benefits

There is also an extensive VIP program on 7Bit with weekly cashback from 5% up to 20%. Cashback has still to be wagered between 35x to 1x, depending on your VIP level.

Deposits & withdrawals

100% transparency: I test the casinos making few smaller deposits and withdrawals. As a Finnish citizen, everything should work well for me KYC-wise.

However, Community Score follows Reddit & forum sentiment. That tracks KYC policies, high rollers, player experiences all over the world and how withdrawals work on a larger scale.

Registering an account

Registering a new account works only with an email address. Even though Finland is on the restricted countries list, I had no problems creating an account, depositing, testing the 7Bit Casino in general and making few withdrawals.

Deposits 2/2

The deposits worked fine in my tests on Litecoin, Dogecoin and SOL. They were credited to the test player account in 5-6 minutes. Transaction links are shown on cashier also, which is great.

Minimum deposit limits are fairly low, here are some examples:

Withdrawals 3/3

On my tests, the Litecoin, Dogecoin and Solana withdrawals worked fast enough. All withdrawals were done in under 10 minutes.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are fairly low. Here are few examples listed:

• Bitcoin: 0.0002 BTC (about 10€)
• Ethereum: 0.01 ETH (about 15€)
• Litecoin: 0.01 LTC (about 0.40€)
• Dogecoin: 1 DOGE (practically nothing)
• USDT: 15 USDT
• USDC: 1.2 USDC
• SOL: 0.03 SOL

Maximum limits are different, depending where on 7Bit website you read.

The cashier informs that maximum withdrawal limits are huge 20 BTC, 200 ETH, 5 000 SOL and 75 000 USDT. For some coins the maximum withdrawal limits are smaller like 200 LTC and 5 000 USDC.

But, if you look at the withdrawal terms in the next chapter…

Withdrawal limits & terms 1/3

…the weekly maximum limit is 10 000 EUR and monthly 40 000 EUR (in crypto).

Also, the anti-money laundering term is higher than usual 1x, being heavy 3x wagering requirement. This is too much on my opinion.

Besides that, the AML wagering rule is even bigger 10x (!), if you are playing only table or live games.

Both of these things drop the score to 1/3 on the withdrawal terms.

Crypto support 1/2

7Bit Casino supports these cryptocurrencies: BTC, LTC, DOGE, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, BCH, XRP, TRX, ADA and BNB.

However, on the network side the support is limited only to ERC-20 and TRC-20 on USDT and unknown chain in USDC as that is not marked very clearly. For this, I have to drop one point from 7Bit Casino.

On the FIAT currency side, 7Bit supports EUR, USD, CAD, AUD and NZD.

Games

Games & providers 3/3

7Bit Casino offers a very extensive game selection of about 5000 – 7000+ games, depending on your geographical location. I couldn’t verify the exact amount offered in Finland from 7Bit website, but this previous number seems legit when I cross-referenced it from many sources.

My location gave 103 game providers to choose from, which should be plenty.

Breakdown by game type:

• Slots: 5000 – 7000 titles from 103 game providers. Includes Megaways, Bonus Buys, and a massive jackpot section (200+ titles like Mega Moolah).
• Table games: 450+ titles. Includes 160+ blackjack variants, 110+ roulette types, and 100+ poker/baccarat games.
• Instant wins: 280+ titles. A dedicated section for crypto-style games like Aviator, JetX, Plinko, and various Crash titles.
• Originals: 0 titles. 7Bit does not offer so called originals (made in-house). They offer a few branded titles (like 7Bit Million) produced by BGaming.

Summed together, the game selection is so vast on 7Bit, the score 3/3 is fair here.

7Bit features a very extensive live casino game selection also. There are many major providers like Evolution and Pragmatic Play, added with few smaller providers like Live88 and Ezugi.

The search function works ok if you want to sort live games based on provider. Unfortunately there is no feature to sort game types like blackjack or roulette in addition to the provider.

On the numbers side, there are at least 250+ live casino tables according to my testing and sources. 7Bit website tells that there is a total of 932 live casino game tables available, so the real number may be between 250 and that. Still enough.

Originals & fairness 0/2

7Bit Casino doesn’t offer any so called Originals games. There is only few exclusive slots only available on 7Bit, so I have to give 0/2 points here.

RTP transparency 0.5/2

Game RTPs can be found inside the slot games, from the info or guide screens. There is not any option how to sort or see the slots by best RTP.

Like I have said before, this feature would be a killer if some casino would execute it.

Usability & support

Desktop usability 2/3

7Bit Casino desktop usability is fine, but it would benefit from a speed bump. Menus open with a small lag, compared to better optimized casinos. Also, the sidebar menu structure is not my favourite, as is always minimizes after a menu click. I think the sidebar menus should stay open on desktop, if the window width just allows.

Search function could be more extensive, now there is only a simple game search, and a game provider search. You cannot combine different search terms at all.

Otherwise, all necessary functions can be found quite easily and there’s no big problems on the site, so 2/3 for 7Bit here.

Mobile usability 2/3

The mobile usability shares the same observations than desktop: speed and the search functionality could be better. The mobile view is responsive and all the touch points & buttons are large enough.

The loading speed on games is on an acceptable level, no problems here. I give 7Bit also 2/3 here, just a speed bump & search rework would give full points here.

Customer support 0.5/4

There should be a 24/7 live chat, but in my tests there wasn’t an option to call for a real customer agent. However, the AI support worked well and I got answers to all my questions about bonuses etc.

Based on the lack of real 24/7 customer support, I feel that 7Bit is just cutting costs. This may be because of 7Bit’s fading popularity, as I noted in my analysis. Online sentiment on customer support is rated from average to good. Larger inquiries are often sent to VIP manager or security department, which can take 24-48 hours to resolve.

Language support is primarily english. There is also an email support in support@7bitcasino.com. Unless my future tests go better, I give 7Bit only 0.5/4 for now on customer support.

I will revisit the support after some time to test if they do better that time.

T&C Fairness 0.5/2

Here are my findings from 7Bit Casino terms & conditions.

• Clause 9 states a strict AML (anti-money laundering) requirement: 3x wagering on standard games and a very high 10x wagering requirement if playing table or live games before any withdrawals can be processed.
  • This means that for a 1 000€ deposit (in crypto) you must wager the amount 3 000€ on standard games and 10 000€ on table/live games before you can even make a withdrawal with your “own” money!
  • Most other casinos on my site have this rule as 1x, so this is not a fair clause on 7Bit T&Cs.
• After 12 consecutive months of inactivity on your account, there is a dormancy fee 25€ per month, which is pretty steep. So don’t sleep on your inactive accounts!
• Jackpots are paid in full. Standard withdrawals are capped at 10 000€ per week and 40 000€ per month. This feels ok as bigger wins like that are quite rare anyway.

VPN policy: Using a VPN is not allowed to bypass restricted regions.

As a whole, 7Bit Casino T&Cs are not very fair (especially the wagering rule), so I must give them only 0.5/2 on this category.

KYC Policy 1/2

When registering, you can only use your email.

However, 7Bit Casino is not very clear on the KYC policy. The terms state that the casino may ask for IDs + extra documents like proof of address, proof of payment and even a phone call.

If the terms are like this, my estimate is that you should be able to play with smaller deposits and winning amounts (like under 1000€ – 2000€). If the sums go over that, KYC is very likely to happen.

Because the 7Bit’s KYC policy is a bit unclear, I give a score of 1/2 here.

Reputation & history 2/2

7Bit Casino is an experienced crypto casino founded in 2014. The ownership structure has transitioned over time to Scores55 Tech B.V.

On the reputation and history side, I couldn’t find any scandals or withdrawal problems regarding 7Bit Casino. The declining popularity from 7Bit’s top times (around 2015-2018 I guess) creates some doubt as more popular casinos should have more liquidity paying out bigger wins.

Still 2/2 for 7Bit on this category, no problems at least now.

Responsible gambling 0/2

According to 7Bit, it should offer a robust suite of self-management tools, with Session limits, Deposit/loss/wager limits, Cool-off period and Self-exclusion.

But, when I tried to find them from the player account, I couldn’t find them anywhere! Either they are hidden really well, or 7Bit just doesn’t offer them to get all the possible money from people who have a gambling problem.

So, not a success on this department for 7Bit.

Technical security

Website security: Uses industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption.

Account Security: Offers 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) via Google Authenticator. This is a “must-activate” for crypto users to prevent drainer attacks.

Cold Storage: According to 7Bit Casino, a significant portion of player’s crypto funds is kept in cold (offline) wallets to minimize hacking risks.
