1. My verdict

Based on my first hand testing and community analysis, Coins.game earns a Trust Score of 52.9/100 (Average).

The platform offers a lightning-fast interface, a massive game selection of over 5,700 titles, and withdrawals should work ok for smaller amounts. However, a mediocre Community Score of 22.4/50 tells a lot on problems with larger payouts and aggressive KYC triggers.

The Coins.game customer support failed to provide basic bonus limits and wagering rules during my live testing. Also, Coins.game abandoned its official Bitcointalk thread in 2024, which left many experienced BitcoinTalk users wondering what’s going on.

Based on online sentiment, for casual players making small crypto deposits, Coins.game should function smoothly. For high rollers the strict VPN policy, history of casino seizing many players’ funds, and the low 10 000 € monthly withdrawal can be risky and restrictive.

So as a whole, I cannot fully recommend Coins.game now. It’s a pity, since technically Coins.game is just awesome and everything works, fast.

How Community Score is formed: I manually search for user experiences on Coins.game Casino from Reddit, Bitcointalk and other forums. When I see a legit message (positive, negative) from a legit user with enough karma or merit, I will copy-paste that message to my review txt file. I looked more into Coins.game Bitcointalk.org thread this time, as Reddit was a bit empty for legit Coins.game threads.

The Bitcointalk thread was founded in September 2023 probably by a casino representative, but any Coins.game staff hasn’t been active in the thread for over a year. High-ranking members are wondering why Coins.game spent heavily on a marketing on Bitcointalk, only to completely abandon the thread and ignore community questions and player problems.

These topics were discussed on Coins.game BitcoinTalk thread:

• Many users praise the VIP & other personalized bonuses, received by email or directly from account managers.
• Most of the small to mid-sized withdrawals work ok, if any T&Cs are not violated.
• There are many complaints on higher value withdrawals. There are account closures and balance seizures. To be honest, it’s really hard to determine if these cases are legit or not. Anyway, it would be great if Coins.game representatives were in the thread to give some info behind these cases.

Here’s the direct link to Coins.game Trustpilot. I don’t take any comments from TrustPilot to the Community Score, as TrustPilot is so easy to fake. It’s still good to take a look there.

Coins.game has a really low score on TrustPilot with 2.1 stars with 238 reviews. The majority of people rating the casino only 1-star. There are really frustrated users complaining about blocked accounts and seized funds.

It’s hard to know if they are real (or a part of a smear campaign from another casino), but some of them sound legit to me. So as a whole, TrustPilot doesn’t seem to do so well there. A 100% legit crypto casino should get a bit higher score than 2.1, even on a site like TrustPilot.

Coins.game experiences on Reddit

I struggled to find any real and legit comments about Coins.game on Reddit. It’s possible that Coins.game is not so popular crypto casino.

Or it’s possible that Reddit search gets too confused with threads about some other thing called Coin Game.

All in all, I couldn’t find anything legit on Coins.game experiences on Reddit.

4. Casino overview

Coins.game was founded in late 2022. They have also casino games, live casino games and a sportsbook in their selection.

Coins.game is operated by Royal Way Limited and licensed with an Anjouan casino license. This is very standard, and Anjouan is not the strongest casino license based on player protection (Curacao is the “best” of the worst, regarding crypto casino licenses).

In the beginning, Coins.game was active in Bitcointalk.org (to please the crypto-native people), but later after 2024 has abandoned the forum and thread for good.

As Coins.game operations matured, the story is quite usual. The KYC protocols became more strict and there were a lot of stories of funds seizures and KYC problems among players.

The direction for Coins.game in 2026 remains unclear. Coins.game is not very active towards players on different online communities. If anything (positive or negative) happens for Coins.game, I will report it on this review.

5. Bonuses

Wagering requirements 5/5

There is no wagering requirement in the cashback bonus, which alone gives Coins.game 5/5 on this category.

Also, the 150% match bonus wagering is only 35x, which is on the lower side of the usual 40x. This 35x would give Coins.game a score of 4/5, but the cashback boosts that now to max points.

Bonus value 1/2

The match bonus is capped to $500 (even though the percentage is great). Also, the cashback is only 10%, and not the 20% as in more generous bonuses.

My bonus rating methodology gives only 1/2 points for this selection. Still, if you are a lower limit player for the match bonus, or like no-wagering cashback bonuses, the value might be 2/2 for you personally. Still, I keep this style of bonus selection very good for players.

If the deposit limit and cashback % were bigger, Coins.game would earn easily 2/2 here.

Bonus terms 2/3

As a whole, the only limiting major term is the 7 day time limit. Other than that, there are no unfair terms, so I give Coins.game 2/3 out of bonus terms score.

150% match bonus – most important terms:

• Maximum bet is $3 and equivalent in crypto.
• The maximum amount for bonuses is not mentioned anywhere. I asked it from the support, and it turned out the maximum deposit is $500 for the bonuses.
• Bonuses are valid for 7 days after registration.
• Certain games including all Jackpot games are unavailable for play with a bonus. If you try to enter a game which you are not allowed to play with a bonus, you will get an error message.
• Most slot games contribute 100% to wagering.
• Live games, video poker games and table games contribute 5% to bonus wagering.

10% cashback bonus – most important terms:

• 10% of the daily net losses are credited as cashback (bets – wins).
• Meaning if you end up in profit after a day, no cashback is rewarded (just to clarify this is not a rakeback deal that gives something back for every bet).
• Bonus is active for 7 days from the moment of activation.
• Wagering requirement is 0x, so cashback can be withdrawn instantly if you wish.

Reload bonuses

There is also a 2nd deposit bonus of 100% up to $500 + 50 free spins, and a 3rd deposit bonus of 75% up to $500 + 50 free spins.

VIP benefits

Coins.game has a VIP Club that grants you rakeback, weekly cashback and monthly bonuses based on your level. Here are few examples:

• Bronze (starting level) – 2% RakeBoost (in Coins.game terms)
• Gold (total wager 54 820 USDT) – 5% RakeBoost
• Platinum I (total wager 554 820 USDT) – 7% RakeBoost + other benefits like increased withdrawal limits.

6. Deposits & withdrawals

100% transparency: I test the casinos by making a few smaller deposits and withdrawals. As a Finnish citizen, everything should work well for me KYC-wise.

My Community Score follows Reddit, Bitcointalk and forum sentiment. That tracks KYC policies, high roller experiences, player experiences all over the world and how withdrawals work on a larger scale.

Deposits 1.5/2

My deposit was marked “done” after 5 minutes, which would be somewhat average result when compared to other casinos.

But, as Coins.game deposit screen informs, Litecoin requires 6/6 confirmations, so 5 minutes wasn’t enough for the balance to be updated with my deposit. Finally after 10 minutes, the deposit was credited.

Ok, let’s face it, 10 minutes is still fine. But, other casinos like Stake does Litecoin deposits in 20 seconds (!), so I have to give Coins.game 1.5/2 on this category as others just do this better.

Bitcoin deposits require only 1 confirmation. For deposits, the transaction IDs are shown on “transactions” menu. There are no deposit fees.

Withdrawals 1/3

For activating withdrawals, no KYC checks were required for me (of course my test amounts are fairly small, under 100€).

My Litecoin withdrawals took about 12-15 minutes to go fully through. Blockchain IDs were shown only after the withdrawal, so you can’t track the process before the whole transfer is complete. I don’t know if the delay is from 6/6 transactions, or a manual approval, but still it’s a bit on the longer side when compared to faster ones like Stake.

A notification was displayed after a withdrawal “For security reasons, withdrawals of suspicious amounts will be checked manually”, which is quite weird. What is a suspicious amount?

For some crypto, there are significant withdrawal fees. Few examples:

• Bitcoin: 0.000043 BTC, about 2.5€
• Litecoin: 0.001 LTC, about 0.04€
• 5 USDT (Ethereum/ERC20) and 1 USDT (Tron/TRC20)
• 1 USDC (Ethereum/ERC20)

The withdrawal fees are a bit high, but if you play with Litecoin, they are much lower.

As a whole, withdrawals are quite slow, there are withdrawal fees and transaction IDs are only shown after the withdrawal is done. This gets 1/3 for Coins.game leaving some room for improvement.

Withdrawal limits & terms 1/3

Based on Coins.game T&C, there are maximum withdrawal limits:

• Section 6.11 and Section 6.14: Players are capped at drawing out a low maximum of 10 000 € in any rolling 30-day period.

Here are few examples of minimum withdrawal limits on Coins.game:

• Bitcoin: 0.00043 BTC, about 25€
• Litecoin: 0.1 LTC, about 4€
• 50 USDT (Ethereum/ERC20) and 20 USDT (Tron/TRC20)
• 20 USDC (Ethereum/ERC20)

Generally, the withdrawal limits are a bit on the higher side when compared to other sites.

The wagering requirement of 1x for all deposits is standard, but cannot be checked anywhere. If you play for a small amount (and maybe win big early), you just have to try the withdrawal if it goes through.

Quite low maximum monthly withdrawal limit, and high minimum withdrawal limits caps the score to 1/3 per my rating guidelines. Wagering requirement of 1x is ok though.

Crypto support 1/2

Coins.game supports BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT (only Ethereum/ERC20 and Tron/TRC20 chains), BNB, TRX, ADA, BCH, DOGE, DOT, POL, SHIB, SOL, TON, USDC (only Ethereum/ERC20 chain) and XRP.

The crypto support is fine, but compared to other casinos the blockchain support on USDT and USDC is quite limited. So I give Coins.game 1/2 on here.

7. Games

Games & providers 2.5/3

Coins.game offers 5695 games on my location (Finland) to be exact, from 43 game providers. It also has a sports and eSports betting section.

Breakdown by game type:

• Slots: 5143 titles checked from my location. Includes popular titles from major studios like Pragmatic Play and Bgaming.
• Table games: 100+. Includes various non-live versions of Poker, Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette.
• Instant win games: 50+. Includes Scratch Cards, Keno, and Bingo variants.
• Originals: 16. Provably fair titles, but not built in-house as they are provided by Jetgames. Games include Crash, Plinko, Mines, Dice, Coin, and Wheel. Also, RTP’s are not shown which is a pity.
• Sports betting: 23+ sports types. There are Soccer leagues (Premier League, La Liga), Basketball, MMA, and Tennis and all other major sports.
• eSports betting: There is betting on CS:GO, Dota 2, League of Legends, and Valorant.

Live casino 2/2

Live casino games on Coins.game are in order. At the moment I checked, there were 502 different tables open. The selection is excellent with games from few major providers like Evolution and Pragmatic Play, topped with smaller ones like Amusnet, 155 and TVbet.

The live casino search function is good, so you can easily sort game providers and game types. You can search for example roulette tables from Evolution.

The search terms worked quite slow, after pressing enter on a search term, the delay was over 5 seconds for the command go through. It still worked luckily.

Originals & fairness 0.5/2

Coins.game offers 16 so called Originals games. All of them are made by Jetgames (another company), so I am not sure how Original you can call them.

All in all, these games are simple, should have a greater RTP and should be provably fair by standard.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the exact RTP information anywhere on Coins.game website or inside the games information screens. Also, the provably fair mechanism hasn’t worked in my tests at all, so I can’t give Coins.game other than 0.5 points on this category for a good try. Better luck next time.

RTP transparency 0.5/2

Like I wrote in the previous chapter, Coins.game Originals doesn’t have the RTP shown anywhere. This doesn’t create a lot of trust on my opinion.

Also, there are no features to sort slots by High RTP, or there are no Enhanced RTP slots available (like on Stake casino). So Coins.game rates the standard 0.5/2 points here.

Betting 1/1

Coins.game has a sports betting side for all the major sports types.

If eSports is more your type, there is betting for CS, Valorant, Dota 2, LoL, King of Glory, Mobile Legends, StarCraft 2, Overwatch 2, Crossfire, Rocket League, FC 26, NBA 2K26, Age of Empires, Standoff 2 and Cricket 24.

8. Usability & support

Desktop usability3/3

The usability of Coins.game is actually really good. The very fast site loading speed, and almost non-existent lag after menu item clicks makes the experience better than on most sites. When compared to other fast casinos, Coins.game is on the level of Stake in site speed, and almost as fast as BitStarz (the fastest UI in my opinion).

Menu structure is logical and the fonts are readable. All good on desktop usability, so full points for Coins.game here.

Mobile usability3/3

The mobile usability is also in order for Coins.game. It’s funny, how the same lightning-fast page switches and clicks make the user experience just more smooth and pleasant.

The mobile layout is also 100% responsive and click points large enough for mobile fingers. I have no option to give Coins.game full points here also, so 3/3.

Coins.game offers support with 24/7 live chat and email: support@coins.game.

I did the usual customer support test for Coins.game. I couldn’t find the maximum amount for the deposit bonuses, and I also wanted to confirm the wagering requirement, as it was 35x something in one page and 20x something in another page.

To wrap up my customer support test, it doesn’t build much trust for Coins.game.

Ok, this customer support query could be just an exception and other times things would run more smoothly. But, my take is this: Inadequate customer support always tells about something. If the agents can’t make simple details (but very important for the player!) like max deposit amount or bonus wagering right, can they solve more difficult KYC cases well?

So, this customer support was unfortunately a failure in my opinion. Let’s hope they can do better next time in my next test.

9. Security & transparency

On this chapter I will look into the terms & conditions, inspect the KYC policy & general casino reputation.

Licensing & transparency 1/2

Operator: The platform is operated by Royal Way Limited, with a commercial register of the Union of Comoros under commercial registration number 15820 in Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan.

License: The casino has a license from the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, with the number ALSI-202410033-FI2.

Anjouan casino license is much easier to get than the standard (and better) crypto casino license from Curaçao. So that’s why Coins.game rates 1/2 out of here.

Of course, Curaçao license is not as strong in player protection and regulation than real money casino licenses from UK, Malta or Estonia for example. But for now, Curaçao is the “best” license crypto casinos can get, so that’s why casinos with that license gets the full score here.

T&C Fairness 1/2

I read through the Coins.game terms & conditions and here are the most important findings.

VPN usage: The policy regarding VPNs is very strict. According to terms, “Using a VPN, proxy, or similar masking service to manipulate or hide your real location is classified as fraudulent activity.”

If you are caught using a VPN, the casino reserves the right to block the account and forfeit all account balances without prior notification. So, I recommend not to use a VPN at all.

• Wagering requirement: Deposits must be wagered at least 1x before any withdrawal is permitted to prevent money laundering, which is a standard procedure. 1x is ok here.
• Monthly withdrawal limit: Maximum of 10 000 € (or equivalent) in any 30-day period, even if you win a bigger amount. This seems pretty low and might tell something about the casino’s real liquidity. A successful casino shouldn’t have problems paying out 10 times that in a month.
  • Progressive jackpot winnings are paid in full.
• Clause 7.3: Coins.game may close your account at their own decision, with withdrawing your remaining balance (deducted by withdrawal fees).

In a nutshell there are few terms that don’t seem too fair, so 1/2 from here.

KYC Policy 0.5/2

KYC and anonymity: Coins.game is not an anonymous platform. KYC documentation is required before first withdrawal. More specific info here:

• Clause 6.1: Before your first withdrawal, you must provide a personal ID, proof of address, bank statement, and pictures of both sides of your credit card (all numbers don’t have to be visible).
• Also, the casino reserves the right to request KYC at any time.
• Clause 9.4: The user’s account is verified by the monitoring service for up to 15 business days. During this time, withdrawals and bonuses for the user are blocked.

Reputation & history 1/2

Generally, I couldn’t find any major red flags on Coins.game. There are no bigger scandals or catastrophes in the history.

Still, the reputation is very mixed on many public forums online, and being a newer casino (founded 2022), there is not loads of positive feedback either. So for now, I give the casino 1/2 on this chapter.

Responsible gambling 1/2

In case of need to restrict gambling, the Responsible gaming section can be found from Player menu → Global settings.

You can make a 24-hour break from casino games.

Also, self-exclusion is possible after the 24-hour cooldown. You can extend it for 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, or permanently. The self-exclusion process is irreversible and cannot be changed by our team.

But, the mechanism is not perfect. The Responsible gaming section has the Step 1: 24-hour break. Then the Step 2 may be Self-exclusion. In my opinion, all options should be offered right away, including a permanent self-exclusion.

Coins.game recommends people with a gambling problem only to do a 24-hour break first and then re-assess. This is not the way it should be, so 1/2 from this category.

Technical security

Website security: Uses industry-standard SSL for the website traffic encrypting.

Account security: The casino offers Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Final thoughts
